I got 4 bananas going old and my husband wanted to toss them, so I made banana bread with them.
Sorry I took a bite before taking pic.
Easy banana bread (recipe I found somewhere, but I forgot where)
1 stick butter (110g)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 bananas
1.5 cup gluten free flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven: 350f
- Soften butter and mix with sugar.
- Mush bananas and mix with eggs.
- Combine 1 & 2.
- Shift powdery stuff and mix with 3.
- Pour in parchment lined pound pan, bake for 1~1.5hrs.
Depending of oven, time might be different. Also, if it seems like the top is browning too quick, cover it with foil after mid point.
I use King Arthur"s Gluten free measure for measure flour.
