Salisbury Steak

 Salisbury steak with cheddar mashed potato (French fries for kids) and roasted Brussels sprouts. 

Brussels sprouts seasonings: salt & pepper, olive oil, honey, brown sugar. 


Mashed potato: potato, salt, butter, heavy cream, milk, cheddar cheese. 

Salisbury steak: ground beef & pork, sautéed minced onion, egg, ground non-grain taco shells (left over from last night), salt & pepper, ground nutmeg & clove, garlic powder and onion powder.
