Today's lunch for husband: Turkey breast sandwich with provolone cheese, strawberries and chips. I like sprinkle extra fresh ground black pepper on salt flavor kettle cooked potato chips.
I just got this udi's frozen sandwich bread to see if it's any good. I've been trying to bake my own gluten free bread, but so far it's easier and cheaper buying.
Update: my husband's feedback... he said the bread texture was dry. Oh well. Maybe I can use it for something else.
