It's been a while to make a bone broth. I got one beef broth bone sitting in freezer for a while, so I tossed it in a pressure cooker with halved onion and sliced gingers and cooked for like 45 mins. After turned the heat down and pressure is released, I cooked it down to about half volume. Then added 1 tea spoon salt and some freshly ground black pepper. Oh I could drink all the broth in the pot! Topping was leftover fried chicken, meat from broth bone, and some cilantro from herb my garden. It might not be authentic pho but I really enjoyed it. Great for a cold day.
