My friend was making fresh blueberry muffins and they look sooooo good. I asked her for recipe and tried it when we had too much fresh blueberries from blueberry farm. It takes more time than just using a muffin mix from store, but oh it's worth it! And good thing is I don't have to worry about sneaky nuts in ingredients.
Like I said, it takes little bit of cooking time (about 1~2hrs), so I usually do it on weekend. Last night I prepared measuring ingredients and making crumble topping before I went to bed to make morning cooking time short. It still took 1 hour to finish baking. But it's worth it.
