I found a local farmer selling Berkshire pork meat. I wanted to try it, so I ordered a 1lb of ground pork. I used magic bullet blender to make a tofu paste with soy sauce and sesame oil (oh my goodness it was so good by itself, I could just eat it as veggie dip!), and mixed to ground pork with chicken bouillon powder, minced green onion, ground fresh ginger and garlic, and potato starch. I probably should have added egg but I didn't, and meatball in soup almost fell apart. Oh well, lesson learned. I pan fried some for kids and they held the shape.
